Adecco Human Resources is recruiting AML / Transaction Monitoring Sr. Analysts to join an international team focused on preventing and detecting fraud and money laundering. If you have experience in transaction monitoring and enjoy working in an analytical environment, this opportunity is for you!

What will you do?
Analyze transactions flagged by automated systems;
Conduct endtoend investigations, from the initial alert to the final conclusion;
Prepare case narratives and documentation for potential SAR submissions;
Perform research and background checks;
Collaborate with Quality Control teams;
Identify process improvements within AML operations.

What do we need from you?
Minimum 1 year of experience in Transaction Monitoring (mandatory);
Experience in AML, alert investigation and case documentation;
English level C1;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Excellent written communication skills in English;
AML certifications (ICA, CAMS or similar) are a plus;
Valid residence permit, EU/Schengen citizenship, or work authorization in Portugal.
